Harlin is an experienced wet-lab scientist who has seen many labs from the inside, enabling her to represent the customer's perspective and ensure a seamless connection between innovation and market needs. She holds a master's degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and has experience leading sales teams and bringing biotech products to U.S. and EU markets. At Biocompile, she is leading customer-facing work and go-to-market, translating day-to-day lab realities into clear requirements.
