Effective date: September 9, 2026.
What there is to opt out of
Nothing, at present. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page exists so that the position is stated somewhere permanent, and so that the browser-signal commitment below does not depend on it.
How to stop it
Any one of these is enough, and each takes effect immediately.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal. We honour it automatically, for every visitor, without asking where you are and without asking you to confirm. Nothing is measured and nothing is shared for a browser that sends it, no banner is shown, and the site footer says that the signal was acted on. Most privacy-focused browsers and extensions can send it; we do not require any particular one.
- Use the control below. It opens the same panel as "Cookie settings" in the
footer.
There is no advertising measurement to switch off at present, so what it reaches is the site analytics described in the Cookie Notice.
Your browser is sending an opt-out signal and we have acted on it, so there is nothing here to change. Nothing is measured and nothing is shared on this visit.
- Write to us. Email contact@biocompile.com and say you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not ask you to create an account, confirm your address twice, or answer verification questions in order to opt out. We respond within 15 business days.
Opting out takes no more steps than not opting out, and nothing on this site behaves differently afterwards. We never write to you to ask you to reconsider, and we never put a second banner in front of you to argue with the first. A browser sending the signal is never shown the banner at all, and a request you write to us stands until you tell us otherwise. A choice recorded on the banner itself is kept for six months, after which the banner asks once more with every purpose switched off, because European law treats a consent that old as stale. If you would rather not be asked again at all, use the signal or write to us.
What the browser signal reaches
A Global Privacy Control signal arrives from one browser, so we act on it for that browser. We do not carry it across to your other devices, and we say so rather than implying a reach it does not have: send it from each browser you use, or use one of the other two routes above, which are not tied to a browser. We never read the absence of the signal as permission for anything; a browser that does not send one is asked instead.
Authorised agents
Someone may make this request on your behalf. Have them write to the address above with your written permission; we may ask you to confirm it directly.

Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rest of your rights. The Cookie Notice describes every item written to your browser.
