Pilot · Applications open

Bring one real project. We work on it with you.

Three months with the four founders alongside your team, on a question you are genuinely stuck on. The projects, the data and the record stay yours to keep.

  • Start from work that is already on your desk, not a demo dataset
  • We set the first project up with you, so getting something out of it does not wait for a free afternoon
  • You keep the projects, the files and the record at the end, whether you carry on with us or not

You do not need a pilot to use Biocompile. Start for free instead

What three months is for.

A pilot is not a longer trial. It is one piece of your team's real work, taken from scattered files to a project the next person can read.

  • One project that holds together

The papers, the data, the analysis and the reasoning behind one real piece of work, in one place your team can still search a year from now.

  • The analysis stops waiting in a queue

Work that waits on someone with the right skills gets run during the pilot, on your data, with the code shown to you so a colleague can check it.

  • Your science stays yours

We do not train models on your research data, everything is encrypted and stored in Europe, and you can export all of it whenever you want.

  • You shape what gets built

We are early, and the teams in the pilot decide what we work on next. That is the trade, and we would rather say it plainly.

How the pilot works.

Three months, shaped around your team, and deliberately not a procurement exercise.

  • Priority onboarding
  • A direct line to the founders
  • Early access
Getting started
We sit down with you and set the first project up around the work you already have. Included.
Regular check-ins
Short calls while the work is running, so what gets built next comes from what your team runs into.
Team access
Up to five researchers, with everything in the product open to them.
End of the pilot
A joint review of what actually changed, and an honest decision about whether it is worth carrying on.

Common questions.

What is the pilot?

Three months in which your team uses Biocompile on real work and the founders are in it with you. We set the first project up, we are reachable while you are using it, and at the end we look together at what actually changed.

Do I need a pilot to use Biocompile?

No. It is free to start, and you can sign up and open a project without talking to us. The pilot is for teams that would rather have us working on the problem alongside them than work it out on their own.

Who is it for?

Teams whose work runs across literature, data analysis and experimental design at once, where why a decision was made matters as much as the result, and where too much of that currently lives in one person's head.

What about pricing?

We agree it with you on a short call, shaped around your team and what you want the pilot to show. Onboarding is included, and you decide once you have seen everything.

What happens after the pilot?

Your data and your workspace stay yours either way. We plan the next step together: carry on, or export everything and walk away. There is nothing in it that makes leaving hard.

How do I apply?

Use the form on this page. We read every application and reply personally, including when it is not a fit.
